The Minnesota Vikings let go of 20 players on Friday as they trimmed their roster to the mandated number of 53. Among the cuts were veteran quarterback Sage Rosenfels, cornerback Chris Carr and running back Jordan Todman, who ran for over 100 yards in the team's final preseason game.

Rosenfels, who lost out to Joe Webb and McLeod Bethel-Thompson, is still due his $500,000 base salary for 2012.
